The doctor behind the talk
I've spent 16 years in pediatric OPDs, answering the same worried questions from parents again and again. Doctor Ki Baat started as a way to answer them once, clearly, for every parent who needs it.
My work sits where three things meet: treating children, teaching parents, and building technology that makes good child-health advice easy to reach. Everything I share is grounded in IAP, AAP and WHO guidance, then explained in a friendly Indian context, with Indian food, Indian families and real routines.

Do I need an appointment?
At Bavla, the OPD runs Monday to Saturday 10 am – 5 pm and Sunday 11 am – 2 pm. The Shela clinic is evenings only, 6:30 pm – 8 pm, by appointment. Booking ahead on WhatsApp saves you waiting time at both.
How do I book?
Send a WhatsApp message to 92747 14140, or call Bavla on 84605 55541 or Shela on 99249 14140.
Which vaccines are available?
All vaccines recommended in the IAP (Indian Academy of Pediatrics) schedule are available, including painless vaccines.
What should I bring to the visit?
Your child's vaccination card, previous prescriptions and any recent reports.
What if it's an emergency?
Go to the nearest hospital emergency straight away or call 108. Don't wait for an OPD slot or a reply on social media.
Can I ask a medical question on Instagram or the chat?
The videos and the chat assistant are for general education only. For your own child's symptoms or medicines, please visit the OPD so the doctor can examine your child.
